Outrage in Turkey after 19-year-old Semih Celik brutally murdered two girls, Aysenur Halil and Ikbal Uzuner.
Semih Celik, 19 years old, brutally murdered two girls, Aysenur Halil and Ikbal Uzuner, both 19 years old, on October 4th. Celik killed Ayşenur at his home by slashing her throat and cut off her tongue and placed it back in her mouth.
Celik would call the police and inform them that he had committed a murder Celik would later call Aysernur’s mother and tell her that her daughter was at school. Celik used Aysenur’s phone to call Ikbal, whom he had been obsessed with for the past 5 years. Ikbal and Celik had not seen each other for the past year and a half. Her family was aware of Celik and didn’t allow her to go to school because of Celik. Ikbal was caught on security cameras walking to the Istanbul’s Historical building.
